Function and Principles of Operation

Crystallization Process

Core crystallization occurs in a scraped surface heat exchanger (SSHE). The rotor system scrapers apply centrifugal force for efficient surface scraping鈥攅nsuring quality is maintained regardless of product consistency.

Break-Time Freezing Prevention

A built-in drop tank quickly removes liquid refrigerant from the cooling jacket during downtime, preventing freeze-ups and enabling prompt restart.
