Flexible Cooling System

Equipped with up to 6 chilling tubes and 4 independent cooling systems using either Ammonia or Freon refrigerant for enhanced adaptability.

Function and Operating Principles

Advanced Crystallization Mechanism

Utilizes a scraped surface heat exchanger (SSHE) as its core, where the Bulldog rotor ensures efficient scraping of the crystallized product regardless of consistency.

Integrated Drop Tank Design

Prevents freezing during production breaks by rapidly evacuating liquid refrigerant from the cooling jacket.
