Theory of Operation

The Butter Silo Type BBA uses large-diameter augers and a frequency-controlled drive system to accommodate various butter consistencies. Its inclined bottom design conserves water, chemicals, and energy during the CIP process, cutting waste and costs. A long pressure tunnel prevents cavitation in butter pumps, ensuring smooth flow with up to four pumps at the outlet, even at high capacities.
