How It Works

The APV Flex-Mix® TPX is a static inline mixer consisting of multiple helical mixing elements mounted inside a stainless steel tube. As product flows through the mixer—driven by an upstream pump or gravity—the elements continuously divide, rotate, and recombine the flow into more and more layers. Alternating 180° left- and right-hand twists ensure homogeneous mixing under both laminar and turbulent flow conditions, achieving consistent blending with minimal pressure loss.
